Portable Check-In Lite is a feature rich mobile assistant for service advisors which does not require integration with dealer management systems. In a user friendly interface it guides service advisor throughout the vehicle reception process and allows him or her to take photos of damages and document overall vehicle condition. Furthermore it supports multiple reception scenarios, up-selling via local special offers and automatic creation of summarizing acceptance protocol that can be send via e-mail or printed. It also contains an instructive video tutorial that activates automatically at the first launch of application but can also be re-initiated manually anytime later.

قابل حمل Check-In Lite یک دستیار تلفن همراه پیشرفته برای مشاوران خدمات است که نیازی به ادغام با سیستم های مدیریت فروش ندارد. در یک رابط کاربر پسند مشاور مشاوره را در طول فرایند دریافت وسیله نقلیه راهنمایی می کند و به او اجازه می دهد تا عکس های خسارت و شرایط خودرو را مستند کند. علاوه بر این، از چندین سناریو پذیرش پشتیبانی می کند، از طریق ارائه پیشنهادات ویژه محلی و ایجاد خودکار پروتکل پذیرش خلاصه ای که می تواند از طریق پست الکترونیکی یا چاپی ارسال شود، پشتیبانی می کند. همچنین شامل یک آموزش ویدئویی آموزنده است که به طور خودکار در اولین راه اندازی برنامه فعال می شود، اما همچنین می تواند دوباره در هر زمان به صورت دستی دوباره شروع شود.
